Bottle from Wine Rack, Burpham. Aroma is vinous and vinegary - funky,, with an apple streak. Cloudy amber. Foamy translucent white head - it was extremely lively when I first opened it. Medium sour. Acidic. Vinous. Apple juice. Latent juicy sweetness. Tart. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Hmm... underwhelming. Maybe it didn't enjoy being in the cupboard under the stairs.

750ml bottle all to myself. Pours opaque orange amber with a smidge of white head. Slight gusher, it was climbing out of the bottle. Aroma: soft, bright & zingy, cider dominant, also funk & oak. Taste: light tart, light sweet, dry, musty, funky, again cider dominant, white grape & gooseberry hints. some muted whisky barrel character in the background. Medium body, carbonation initially heavy but falling away quite quickly, dry light funky finish.
