Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to Wingman. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Soft airy palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. A nice light white wine vibe here, along with a some decent scrumpy style cider. Slightly sharp close. Yeah. Good flavours , but, could I drink a pint? No.

750 ml bottle, bottled Feb 2019. Thanks for sharing! Orange, medium hazy body, with a small, yellowish head. Aroma of wood, red and green apple, pear, citrus, moderate smoke. Tastes similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes medium dry, medium wooden, fruity, with apple, pear. Interesting. The blend of sour beer and cider is quite clear, with notes from both sides. Well balanced, with an interesting, subtle smokiness. Unique and smooth. Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

Bottle. Beer Ritz, Leeds. Also multiple pours courtesy of the brewer. Hazed, ginger gold. Super dense, lasting, glossy topped, cream coloured head. Nose has stinky Dabinett. Leathery funk. Vanilla pod. Old oak. Hedgerow fruit. Soft brett. Baked apple. Awesome, in a word. Taste is baked apple sweet. Light, funky acidity. Minimal amount of woody bitterness. Medium body. Fairly slick. Fine, massaging carbonation. Baked apple tartness to finish. As with most Mills you know there’s plenty more to come, but even as it stands this is top tier beer.
