Pours clear, very dark caramel brown. Scent is full, intense (dried fruit, chocolate) , medium maple. Taste is full, sweet, silky and smooth. Intense maple. Loads of dried fruits. Lovely !

Bottle shared at yearly Fryslân tasting. Opaque black color, small off-white to beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts roast, roasted malts, bourbon, liquor sweet and maple sweet. Decent body and firm carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle split at the optimal climatic conditions tasting, Hazlemere, big thanks to Dave 11/08/21. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is sweet malts, maple syrup, chocolate, dried fruits. Taste comprises toffee fudge, fruit cake mix, chocolate, spice, maple syrup, nutty twang. Full bodied, fine carbonation with light oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost and subtle barrel noted. Solid stuff.

Bottle shared in HW - cheers to Dave. Pours clear, deep brown with a creamy, beige head. Big maple notes, medium to heavy sweet, toffee, some chocolate, caramel, bourbon, vanilla. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming and sticky finish, creamy maple sauce, more toffee, raisins, vanilla. Delicious.

Tasting at Chez Cloin. Big thanks to Wingman for this one. Almost clear brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, soft, decent fine carbonation. Soft rich malts, nice level of creamy sweetness. Good soft maple, rich but not cloying. Smooth bourbon barrel adds depth. Dank ripe fruits underneath. Some alcohol spice on the smooth finish. Marvellously maple.

Bottle shared at Colin's place. Thanks. A dark brown reddy coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, sticky brown maple, vanilla, oak. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, maple, sticky brown sugars, vanilla, cakey malts, super sweet. Palate is medium sweet, moderate carbonation, grape fruit.
