44cl can from. Home bargains. Thick creamy white head. Clear golden pour. A bit malty but not too bad

440ml can from Sainsbury’s, Bracknell. Just what the government wanted when they set the 2.8% tax threshold - a bland boring Euro-lager that nobody wants to drink. Straw in colour with a fast fading white head; cereal aroma; sweet cereal grain taste and a ha’peth of hops. Best avoided (unless you are cutting the lawn!)

Two 440ml cans on 15th Aug 2016: after cutting my lawns. Bought a four pack of these thinking they were the ’normal’ Hollandia Lagers (no glasses on, so couldn’t see the 2.8% ABV bit), thought they were cheap! Anyway to be fair the beer is not too bad. Clean and clear golden pour, short lasting white crown. Fairly sweet grainy feel to the brew but refreshing and thirst quenching: an ideal weak ’Lawnmower’ beer.

Can from Asda. Pale yellow, no head. Has a very sweet lager aroma and taste. Very ordinary.
