On draught. Really bright aroma and flavor, with banana and slight spice. Very creamy mouthfeel. Hazy yellow with full white head. Really tasty and enjoyable. Maybe a little generous on the score, but it was tasty and easy drinking!

@SFO layover. Hazy, thin head. Light tan colour. Nose is heavy on the banana. Sweet, with a lot of banana. A little bit fizzier than most beers, so that there's sort of a thin, acidic quality to the finish. Ok hefe - fairly authentic just not hitting

Bottle from The Bottle Shop Bermondsey and drunk at home. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Banana ester aroma Good mouthfeel. Just those bigger bubbles you seem to get on hefe. Simple fruity hefe rather than herby. Hops are quite soft too. Not overly bitter. It’s quite easy drinking. It’s fine drinkable enough without being challenging. Would like a bit more character. A light hefe.

[2/4/16] Draught at Firewood Grill in San Francisco Airport. Cloudy shiny pale yellow. Aroma is yeasty, slightly soapy, with phenolic spiciness, and fruity esters, a bit citric. Rather dry flavor, slightly tart, with fruity esters (banana, citrus), and some spiciness. Medium-bodied. Pretty nice and thirst-quenching.

Tap at the source. My very first beer from this brewer, excited to be here! Pale hazy gold. aroma is great German yeast phenolics, banana, light citrus and bubblegum. The body is on the lighter side of medium with a refreshing finish. The yeast is light but has all the right flavor. Nice example
