500ml can from the LCBO
sweet malt aroma, mixed with grass, and dry green tea. Flavor is extremely grassy. with more bitter green tea, and some sweet bready malt. Interesting flavors, not great, but decent.

Award winning USDA Organic, it says on the can.... well what do I care? I’m in Canada, where’s the Canadian certified organic jibberjab on the can!? Yet the body is a decent gold colour with a stormy presence of carbonation and a significantly large off-white head. The aroma is malt and yeast with just a faint hint of grass. The flavour is a lot of grassiness with a dry malt finish. Very watery mouthfeel. As far as I’ve discerned so far, the Euros do this organic stuff waaay better.

Originally rated December 2009. Second organic brew rated this week. This one pours a mildly hazy caramel-orange colour with a medium head that is thick and leaves a nice coating on the top of the brew. It does look like a craft beer. Malty nose with some caramel and hop aromas. Medium-full body with a mild caramel taste mixed-in with the hop. Not too sweet and not too bitter though. Tastes different from most organic beer (as it does not have that organic feel I do not like). Just tastes differently overall, but not bad at all.

Can from matt7215. Thanks once more. Hazy light amber, showing yeast trace, with a bubbly whiteish head. Aroma is a little bread, some yeast, and something like floral hop. Near medium body with almost creamy carbonation. Flavor is lightly bready, with something suggesting citrus, and maybe a touch of vanilla. A mildly fruity lager. Finishing slightly astringent and decently bitter. Some good beers are being made in Ontario.

This lager poured a light orange colour with a short lived bright white head. To the nose there are scents of must, caramel, mold and grass. Remember the smell of old books in your grandparents attic? Add that too. First taste is watery with a little caramel and hopps? Musty flavour too. This beer is slightly bitter with I think hopps but I’m thinking its just off...Duh?! Finish is a little bitter with lingering flavour of mineral water??? Not so good...

Bottle: Poured a clear light amber color ale with a large frothy head with good retention but minimal lacing. Aroma of crisp hops with some lightly sweet malt. Taste is also interesting with some grassy hops and nice malt balance. Vegetable finish is bit weird but not too strong to mess this beer. Body si quite full with good carbonation. Well done.

An orange amber lager with a thin off white head. Light sweet malt with german hops and light lactic notes. In mouth, this is a good lager, with biscuitty malt, lightly floral hops, nutty notes... I agree, this is better than Creemore! Thanks to Probstk!
