Ce cidre pétillant aux arômes délicats de pomme et de poire est rafraîchissant en bouche avec sa belle acidité.

4.5% 250ml bottle from SAQ Terroirs d’Ici Atwater Market. A very light pale gold, it looks like white wine and was a similar musty fruity aroma. Light bodied. The taste is fruity apples, musty, tart and acidic in the finish. Pretty good but fairly simple.

Has a soft and faint apple aroma emanating from a yellowish body with no head. Flavour is a simply but drinkable sweet apple mix. Average mouthfeel. It’s right about in the middle of the pack for ciders; a shame since it was quite expensive.

On tap, Ginger’s Tavern. Pale green-yellow. Slightly sulphury apple nose is fairly nondescript. Soft, fairly sweet but with some tartness in the finish. A meh sort of cider.

341 ml bottle from HogTownHarry; my main cider guy; Nose of tartness and slightly sweet apples; translucent pale gold with a nice bubbly white head; flavor is tart, green appleswith only a tiny hint of sweetness and a little white pepperiness; finish is a slight tart note.

Bottle: Poured a bubbly very light yellow liquid. Lots of carbonation in this one. Aroma is very sweet with no dryness. Taste is very light, refreshing and kind of sweet. Easy to drink and very refreshing but nothing to rock my limited knowledge of cider.
