Loud pop. Pours slightly golden, with lots of fluffy bright white foam. High carbonation visible. Funky smell, plenty of cheesyness, good bit of hay, some old apple. Too much carb for me. Nicely sour, lovely sweet apple flavours, funky straw. Yummy.

375ml bottle. Unclear orange, bit stable foamy head. Orange zest, grapefruit, funky brett notes, barnyard, citrus acid, green unripe apples, quince, tannins, oak barrel notes. Acidic sourness, minimal sweet. Full bodied, oily texture, fizzy carbonated, dry sour finish. Very complex and very refreshing at just 5% abv. A very pleasant beer.

Fairly hazy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of cellar funk, cobwebs, oak and citric notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
