Smooth mild beginning. Brett and dry saison yeast. Funk and dusty yeast in the back, horse blanket and dry herbs. Very nice and style-typical.

Bottle picked up from, Bierol Webshop, Schwoich, Austria and consumed at home, Attenkirchen, Saturday 16th May 2020, cooking Beefy Melanzane Parmigiana listening to Sparkling I want to See Everything (Hot Chip Remix). Pours yellow gold with a haze and a clean, white, sticky head. Aroma is fruity, a little yeast and a touch of funk. Taste is clean, zippy, a little smoked woodchip, lemony, fresh, smokiness is noticeable but subtle. Good.

Bottle. Hazy golden-amber color with white head. Aroma is mild smoke, ham, lemony, mild fruity hops. Taste is lemony, mild smoked ham. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!

Bottle from the source, pale hazy grey yellow, white lace. Smoked grilled banana nose. Medium full body, smoked trout, light peanut, banana cake, dry, salty. Fun.

Bottle ordered from the brewery. Hazy orange-yellow, short lasting head. Lightly smoked nose, grains, a tiny bit of sour character. Flavor adds some Weißbier banana yeast notes, moderate acidity, balanced citrusy hop bitterness. Would be great outside in the corona spring sun. Smoke isn't overwhelming compared to the heavy smoke beers. Smooth and sessionable!
