Beautiful to the core, our medium cider is far from mediocre. Molly is a meticulously balanced cider with a golden glow. This scrumptious sip is smooth, well rounded and has a wonderful apple nose; a signature quality of our homegrown Herefordshire Cider apples.

Bag in a box at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear gold no head. A little sweet but good apple hints of dryness. It’s a little simple but decent enough.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.2%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Moderate but pleasant aroma of apples. Soft carbonation in the mouth. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, notes of cider apples and dessert apples, a hint of sulphites. Nice and refreshing cider.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a small, disappearing white head. Nice aroma of apple, ripe apple, wood and yeast. Flavor is medium sweet, refreshing light acidic apple, mature apple, cellar notes, wood, yeast and some kind of tannin type bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Rather classic, average, nice and refreshing apple cider.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin whispy white head. The aroma is not surprisingly sweet apple, with a moderate sweet apple flavour. Light acid notes in the palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fine as a one off but a little sweet and not something that you will drink a lot of.Earlier Rating: 6/28/2016 Total Score: 3Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat.
