Bottle from Beers of Europe, online. Pours a cloudy dull orange. No big aromas but getting stewed tangy red apple juice and skins. Taste is fruity apples, caramel, tingle of spice, sweet but a dry finish. Light bodied, refreshing with a gentle carbonation which works well. Arguably lacks some depth but its tasty, very sessionable and easy to drink.

Cask at The Old Forge, Kirkby Stephen. Slightly hazy golden body. Aroma of sweet apple. Flavour of soft, sweet apples. Medium body with a soft fizz. This is a soft, uncomplex, fruity cider - one of my favourites.

October 2020: 500 ml clear bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Orange colour, slightly hazy, pours slightly sparkling, small and shortlived white head. Moderate aroma of apples, a hint of oak. Fresh and pleasant apple flavour, medium sweet.

Box @ Halycon Garden, Chester (formerly Goat + Munch). Cloudy red on the pump clip but clear deep golden when I received it. This was poured from a back room so impossible for me to confirm, but definitely ordered this cider. The strength is right though, very easy with light apple and a light to mid sweetness.

500ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsdalen. A bubbly ring to the rim of the surface, misty orange coloured body, scattered lacing. Modest apple skins on the nose. Fresh taste of apples, sweet and dry. Prolonged ending, soft and dry, and a tad too sweet. Fair enough in its own right. (Tromsø 03.10.2021).
