A fine creation with a lot of power for a 4.6%er. The sourness comes first, followed by Green Apples, grapefruit, and touches of ginger and lemon. A real hit and a great palate cleanser. Has more body and richness than most sours as well.

Holding up beautifully after 7 years. Tart Woodstock funk. Loss of fruit still there. Balanced

Lys brun ned lavt hvitt skum. Vinøs lukt, noe kjeller, drueskall, plommer, vanilje og lett karamell. Middels fylde. Smaker sursyrlig av bær, rabarbra og epler. Lett karamellsødme i starten.

Feines Bier!

Keg at brewdog Shepherd bush. A hazed dull yellow straw coloured pour with a thin sticky white head. Aroma is funky sour grapes, solvent, little acetone, apricot, yogurt. Flavour is composed of tangy sour butter lemon, pithy, woody, sour, underripe grape. Palate is tangy, grainy, bitter, under dry finish. Crisp. Like it.

750ml bottle. Sparkling yellow golden colour with a white foam head that dimishes. Nose of grains, citric rind, funk. Flavour is sour, lemon, zesty, with some oak, white wine notes, vinegar, grainy and funky. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tangy sour finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Pale gold. Soft haze. Loads of noisy bubbles maintain a bubbly ring of lasting, white head. Nose has baked apple. Oak barrel. Granary bread. Some lactic tang. Soft, lemon pith. Taste is tart and tangy. Bit of lactic sweetness. Palate is crisp, and mildly acidic. Very cleansing. Finishes tart, tangy, and lemony. Bit of the baked apple thing in the close.
