Cask at Alexandra Arms, Cambridge. Pours almost clear gold with a white foam. Aroma: grains, cereal, some citrus, light floral. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter. Towards dry on the palate. Light to medium body with soft carbonation

A light hazwe on this gold amber beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Sweet malts, a lot of caramel here. Some piney crispness from the hops and a little floral bitterness. Touch of very overripe orange. Light finish. For me it's far too weighted on the malt side and the hops are disappointing.

Cask at the Thornbury Castle, 07/01/19. Golden copper with a decent faded beige cap. Nose is dusty fruits, orange, hint of caramel, brown bread. Taste comprises caramel, biscuit, malt forward, fruit loaf, light brown sugar. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Decent cask affair but more ESB than the stated SIPA.

Gravicask at the 23rd St Albans Beer & Cider Festival. Clear amber body, filmy layer, spotty lacing. Modest floral nose. Malt-fruity flavours of nuts, herbal hops and grass. Resinous bitterness to the ending. A nice one. (Shared with Finn, 27.09.2018).

Fra gravicask på St. Albans beer & cider festival 2018. Delt med Rune. Mørk gylden. Lavt kritthvitt skum. Forsiktig karamellaroma. Smaken balansert. Litt malt. Litt tørket frukt. Tørr bitter avslutning.

Cask at Euston Tap London. Clear pale brown beer lasting white head. Lovely condition. Soft. Cask. Oh boy that's good. A good golden brown bitter. Malt and yeast on aroma. Delicious. Loved it. What a well nade bitter. Sweet dry malt and lovely hop bitter finish.
