Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up years ago. Pours clear, reddish amber with a foamy, tan light khaki head that settles into a cream. Wonderful beer, nicely tart, with mellow acetic bite, tangy berries, nips of old wood, soft funk. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Quenching finish with light warmth, more tart berries, a little seedy bitterness, salty bite, accents of vinegar. Impressive beer.

Snygg!

Draft sample Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Boston, 23 September, 17. Everything you search for in the style... sour oak, sour grain, moldy cherries, and vinegar. This is the worse style in the history of brewing beer. My only outright drain pour of CBC. Sour cherries, Ron oak marinated in vinegar. I still scratch my head on how people like this crap?

Geiles Zeug!

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing! Sourish red wood beginning. Refreshing mild, not too much acid. Red winey hints, wood, sourish grain. Nice an refreshing but not too deep. Extreme mild!
