Keg at BD Clerko, 14/02/17. Lightly hazed orange with a decent off White cap. Nose is floral hop, lemon rind, Mandarin, on the turn pineapple, fresh grass. Taste comprises soft bread, light mango, perfumed notes, tangerine, light minerals, hint of custard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with leafy hop bitterness. Passable session affair ... A touch disjointed and not one I’d return to. Overly floral.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has some pithy citrus, tangerine, peach. Light sweet flavour with some flinty minerals, moderate rindy bitterness, more peach, apricot, ripening orange. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with a little resin, pithy orange and grapefruit, hints of marmalade, melon, pine needles. Not bad.

Keg @ Pilcrow, Manchester. Cloudy pale amber-yellow with a thin head. Slightly thin tasting it nevertheless has a tasty gentle fruitiness.

Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is dry and crisp. Mild minerals. Very light malts, thin and dry and with just modest sweetness. Pithy tangerine hops, marmalade and a whisper of lime. Mild hop spice. Dry pithy finish. Pithy bitter linger. Thin and pith and not getting the best from the hop.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of grass and ginger ale. Flavour of cucumber, basil and tonic water. Very dry. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. An unusual, savoury beer - I found it to be quite herbal and botanical.
