Hand-pulled pint at the Pheasant Inn and Brewhouse on Sunday afternoon, 18th February 2024. Golden body, clean and clear, snow white crown. Citrus front with an earthy and woody undertone, liked it!

Cask at GBBF '23, day 2, 02/08/23. Clear golden blonde with a decent white head. Nose is mellow tropical fruits, grass, melon, tangerine. Taste comprises airy malts, citric tinged straw, melon, orange pith. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent hoppy cask affair.

2nd August 2023
GBBF Day 2. Cask. Almost clear pale gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, modest fine carbonation. Light clean malts, sweet. The hops bring floral peach, mild citrus, some blueberry on the back end. Not bad.

Cask at Hops, Crewe – As Blue Bee Triple Hop. Pours a golden orange with a small off-white head. The aroma is a faint tinge of apricot – but it took someone with an enhanced sense of smell to spot it for me ! In the mouth it starts off slightly sweet with floral hops, but quickly becomes bitter with grains, tangerines and tropical fruits. Finish is bitter too. This is reasonable – thankfully the citra hops don’t dominate !

Cask, half pint at Alexandra Beer House. Dotted spots on the glass from a covering white head. Clear golden. Aroma of herbal hops and grainy malts. Flavoured with grapefruit and subdued malty sweetness beneath. Mid-dry bitter ending. Session qualities alright. (Halifax 03.07.2018).

Cask @ Tapster's Promise, Colne. Golden with a small head. Hoppy with citrus evident and a high bitterness to its finish. There's sweetened tropical fruits here too, especially in its nose.

Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Pale gold. Light haze. Thick suds of white. Nose has pineapple and grapefruit up front. Sweet biscuit malts. Some tangerine and strawberry. Very fruity number. Taste is light and clean, pithy bitter. Not much sweetness here. Light body. Long, light, pithy and citrusy, bitter finish. Nice one.
