"Schönramer Weißbierbock", Flasche von Ambrosetti. - Braunrot, trüb. - In der Nase fette Banane, Karamelsüße, Zimt, Orangenlikör und aromatische Hopfung.- Antrunk schaumig weizenmalzig mit intensiver, dichter Malzbonbonsüße, überreifer Banane, Orangenlikör und frischer grasiger Hopfenherbe. Vollmundig, leicht wärmender Alkohol. - Aromatisch dichter, fülliger und recht komplexer Weizenbock, auf Dauer aber arg süß.

Dirty orange color with a foamy, white head. Caramel & banana & woodsmoke aroma with an indistinct fruitiness in the background. Taste is mildly sweet up front, increasingly bitter at the finish with touches of tartness and acrid burntness. Body to the full side of medium, mild carbonation, smooth. Goes down real easy. Nice!

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a foamy head. Heavy clove and nutmeg, lemon zest, grapefruit, yeast, cilantro, sourdough, unripe banana, vanilla. Dry zesty bitterness, fruity sweetness, slightly sour. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty fruity bittersweet finish. Nice Weißbierbock!

Hazy golden. Aroma is clove yeast cookie dough light banana. Taste is sweet clove and banana with some mellow spices and moderate bitterness. Good balance and soothing mouthfeel. Not bad.

50cl bottle. A hazy dark golden beer with a off-white head. Aroma of strong wheat malt, ripe banana and some herbs. Taste of strong wheat malt, some banana, glue and herbs.

Bottled 500ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, yeasty, light alcohol and whiff of banana in the nose. Wheaty, yeasty, light spicy, notes of alcohol and banana with sweetish finish.
