Diese obergärige Bierspezialität wurde als neuer saisonaler Genuss für unsere treuen Schönramer Händler, Gastronomen & Kunden konzipiert und gebraut. Die Besonderheit dieses Weißbierbockes ist die Hopfung mit dem äußerst seltenen Hopfen „Tardif d´Bourgogne“.

Bottled 500ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, yeasty, light alcohol and whiff of banana in the nose. Wheaty, yeasty, light spicy, notes of alcohol and banana with sweetish finish.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before September 2022. Hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, quite fruity-floral aroma of pear, pineapple, banana and some honey. Gently sweet, malty, quite yeasty-spicy, moderately fruity-floral taste of banana, pear, pineapple, honey and light clove, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, quite yeasty-spicy, minimally tart finish. Medium to full body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, probably average carbonation. Lovely Weizenbock, quite fruity and full-bodied, not too yeasty and somehow refreshing. Finally a Weizenbock I really liked after quite some disappointing encounters, a good example for why I love the style.

Bananiger, deutlich hefiger Beginn. Mittelstarke Süße, erhöhte Karbonisierung, die Süße steht kurz vor dem“zu viel“. Vollmundig, im Mittelteil leicht getreidig, viel helles Malz, weiches Mundgefühl. Vollmundig, die Süße nimmt ab, das Bananenaroma wird runder. Gut. 10/11/12/11/8/11

Heller Weizenbock mit 6,9 % Alkohol und 16 % Stammwürze. Getreidige und vergoren fruchtige Noten bilden einen schönen Einklang. Minimale Nuancen von Sekt. Nicht so herb, eher mild gehopft. Allerdings auch keinesfalls zu süß, die dezente Bitternote gibt genau den richtigen Akzent. Mit 6,9 % Alk rammt das Schönramer natürlich ganz schön, allerdings fällt der hohe Alkoholgehalt geschmacklich nicht besonders auf. Vielleicht ein kleines bisschen zu säurebetont. Trotzdem ein hochanständiger Weizenbock.

500ml Bottle - Hazy orange with a white head. Slightly spicy aroma with orange, herbs, tangerine and strong notes of foam banana sweets. Banana, orange, tangerine, vanilla and hints of caramel can be detected in the taste. Some hints of aniseed can be detected in the finish.
