Bottle 50cl. @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Slightly unclear pale amber colour, tall frothy off-white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma sweet malt, bread, caramel, straw. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, bread, light caramel, straw, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy and bready notes, nice.

Bottle from Meibier. Nicely bready aroma with caramel malt, some grain. Moderate to medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Solid wholesome Märzen, rich malts and dark bread.

Bottle picked up from Hier Gibts Bier, Webshop, Eckersdorf, Franconia, Bayern consumed at home Tuesday 15th March 2022, listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music and about to cook something, don’t know what, curry perhaps. Pours mid gold, good clarity, white head, soft mouthfeel, a little mineral twang, a little bread, ok, no great shakes but fine.

50cl swing top bottle. A slightly hazy amber beer with a white head. Aroma of caramelized malt, nuts, spicy hops. Taste of spicy and caramelized reddish malt, nuts, moderate bitterness.

ABV: 5.1%. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, sweet malt, pale malt, malty, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, straw, malty, fruity maly, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Amber with a frothy to creamy white head. Herbal and grassy aroma. Salbei and thyme. Taste is bitter to bittersweet on a bready, malty base. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Good stuff.

Bottle at home, from Hier gibts bier, 03/09/20. Clear golden amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is biscuit, stewed fruits, caramel, bread, prunes. Taste comprises fruit loaf, raisins, brown bread, toasted grains, brown sugar dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid flavoursome malt laden lager bier.

Bottled, from Hier Gibt's Bier. Lightly hazy amber, small head. Bready nose nose with some grass. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready with some fudge and grass. Mid bitter finish.
