29th May 2024 Panda, big thanks to Cloin. Near opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, decent fine carbonation. Good rich dark and milk chocolate, I'm not a huuuuge Maple fan but, it works perfectly here. Mild dark fruits and mild alcohol spice before an impressively light finish. If you told me this was rum barrelled, I would have purchased your bridge! This brewery can deliver the dark goods!

Bottle at home, from BierCab Barcelona IIRC, 01/05/24. Black with a khaki head that dissipates in time. Nose is dark chocolate shavings, light coffee, maple syrup, cinnamon, dark malts, dried fruit rinds, spice. Taste comprises dark malts, spice, molasses, maple syrup, balanced cinnamon, chocolate, toffee melt, dried fruit rinds, Burtons Wagon Wheel. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Tidy pastry affair ... not on par with the Transient BA offerings but carries a good balance, delivers the flavours listed and doesn't run overly sweet.

Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Saturday. Very dark brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma and Taste of bourbon, vanilla, chocolate, fudge, sticky finish.

Pours black, no head. Scent is full, sweet, cinnamon, nutty. taste is sharp, roasty, sweet, too much cinnamon for me.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: caramel, vanilla, coconut, sugary impression, bourbon notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet, lots of caramel, lots of vanilla, bourbon notes, vanilla, tonka notes, some alcohol, sugary. Aftertaste: lots of chocolate, good roast, bitter touch, more tonka beans, nice one!

Herb malziger, intensiv malziger Beginn. Schokolade, noch angenehme Süße, süffig. Langer malziger Abgang, nett. 10/9/10/9//9

ABV: 13.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, bruit, caramel, chocolate, almonds, maple syrup - cinnamon, chocolate - cocoa - vanilla - marshmallow. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, roasted, burnt, dark malt, nutty - almonds, cinnamon - maple syrup, chocolate - cocoa - vanilla - marshmallow, thick - heavy. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20211022]
