Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is sweet banana, banana candy, wheat, spicy yeast, some citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet with a light bitterness. Medium body. Fairly sweet with a load of banana.

Hazy golden colour, creamy white foam. Nose of banana, wheat, citrus. Well made Hefeweizen.

Opalescent golden colour, huge densecand long lasting head; aroma and taste of citrus, banana, bread crust and clove; good weizen

pours slightly hazed blonde. Medium sized, soapy white head. Scent is banana forward, medium intense. Taste is surprisingly malty, banana forward, coockie dough (like chocolate chip coockies without the chocolate) bit attypical, yet very recognizable Hefeweizen. Very decent, touch more to the bitter side than expected as well.

Tap at Muted Horn. Cloudy golden, off-white cream. Dry mineral Franconia wheat, light bubblegum and orange peel. Meh.

„Main Seidla“ – was im fränkischen Dialekt so viel heißt wie „Meine Halbe Bier“. Bei uns in Altbayern würde man „Mei Hoibe“ sagen. Eine subtile säuerliche (an Balsamico erinnernde) und eine bitter-fruchtige Note (Grapefruit) zeichnen dieses Bier aus. Zusätzlich fallen getreidige Nuancen auf. Das macht anfangs großen Spaß. Nach dem man das halbe Glas getrunken hat, fällt einem allerdings auf, dass das alles etwas weicher und süffiger sein könnte. Trotzdem ein durchaus interessantes Bier.

Aus der neuen Flasche mit gelbem Etikett. Optisch einwandfrei, in der Nase Banane, süß. Im Trunk bekömmlich, süffig, bananig, wenn auch wenig intensiv. Hinten leicht bitter. Okay.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Main Seidla Weizen ].Murky matt medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, clove, weizen yeast, banana, wheat - yeast. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20180819] 6-3-7-3-14
