Tap. Railway, Cheltenham. Handsome looking opaque pale gold, with sticky, lasting, white suds. Nose has bright malts. Fresh citric hop. Some ripe berry fruit. Taste is well balanced sweet and fruity bitterness. Light to medium body. Fine carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Helped put out the fire of the Thai duck breast dish I ordered in here that had me sweating cobs for 40 minutes.

On tap at the Southampton Arms, London on 13th August 2020. Thickly hazy yellow with negligible foam and scant lacing. Citrus tangerine aroma. Tropical fruits, jam and cheesecake in-mouth in controlled measure, with a crisp citrus on the tongue. Citrus and grassiness shape a pleasant finish. Full bodied with a zingy mouthfeel. 6 3 7 4 14
