Pours deep, dark red. Scent is full, cherry indeed, salty (mineral) scent is also quite strong. Impressions of tartness (lacto) as well as dryness. Taste starts full, and surprisingly sweet (fruity) . Not nearly as dry or tart as expected. Mild saltyness in the back. Straight up simple, mild lacto. Intense on the fruit.

Can 330ml (Vinmonopolet)
Deep red colour, steady pinky head. Berries, roots in the nose. Quite full-bodied. Sweet grandma's berry juice with lactose and salt added. A bit too much of everything.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Hinna. ABV is 6.5%. Red colour, off-white to pink head. Aroma of cherries, vanilla and lactose. Sour and tart flavour, notes of sour cherries, some sweetness from the lactose and vanilla, only a hint of sea salt. Minimal hops. Refreshing and unusual.

9th November 2019 Can. Light haze on this cherry colour beer, small pale pink head. Palate is light and nicely minerally crisp. Great cherry, mildly tart and juicy. The intensity of this hugely pleasing cherry is wonderfully offset by the crisp savouriness of the gose vibe. Fab! Love the fruity intensity of these modern Gose’s. Why would you choose the seltzer thinness of a various Berliners when you have this? Answers on a postcard to freepost I don’t know what I’m drinking.
