Kwas Xy - do naszej interpretacji użyliśmy 15% dodatku przecieru z marakui, a całość zakwasiliśmy bakteriami kwasu mlekowego do poziomu 3,4 pH.
A new wave style of beer with Brasilian origins. It’s an extended version of Berliner Weisse with the addition of tropical juice. In our interpretation, we’ve used a passionfruit puree (15% of the beer) and it has been acidified with lactic acid bacteria to 3,4 pH. PINTA Xy – make yourself feel like at Copacabana!

Głównie owoce tropikalne ale w stopniu w którym nie jestem w stanie wypowiedzieć tych wszystkich owoców, cytrusowe, dość słone. Barwa jasnozłota, opalizujące, brak piany, brak lacingu. A: clear yellow, thin, off-white head.
A: lime, kiwi, passion fruit, sour cream.
T: sour lime, lemon, passion fruit, sour cream.
F: tart lime, bit salty & minerally.
P: light to medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Agreeably refreshing.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy light straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of sour yeast, with touches of malt and fruity notes. Dry flavour of sour yeast and citrus, with mild touches of fruit and malt. Acidic aftertaste with dusty touches. Nice for the style, quite refreshing, and decent.

Unclear yellow orange with a small head. Lots of passion fruit, lactic acid, lemon, sauerkraut. Dry fruity sourness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry fruity sour finish. A very nice fruited Berliner Weiße, really like the natural passion fruit aroma here.

Clear light pale blond beer, creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, bready, caramel, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish, refreshing, lime and lemon, fruity. Aftertaste: passion fruit, funky touch, refreshing, lemony, good!
