Our seasonal beer to celebrate summer: lots of raspberries with a touch of rhubarb for the indulgence. A refreshing and regressive beer to be enjoyed in the sun.

Draught Thick pinkish head over pinkish tinted terra-cotta beer, very muddy. Strangely served a serious tad too cold. Delicate raspberry aroma and hints at lactic acid. Strawberry aroma too. Raspberry sauce with a creamy feel and even taste, lactic acid-laced raspberry jam. Little or no evidence of the rhubarb, strangely even not in the acidity. Chewy MF because of all the fruit, but not heavy at all. It appears utterly natural, obviously, but it misses a bit of the "wow"effect some similar beers show.

Pours unclear pinkamber. Small pinkwhite head. Scent is heavy fruitpuree. Raspberry on top, rhubarb more mild. Taste is sharp, dry, medium mild acidity. Natural, raw, tad green raspberry. Rhubarb embraces the tartness. Brings a certain earthyness as well. decent.

Burk från Etre Gourmete. Vackert mörkröda disig vätska. Frisk och trevlig hallonöl. Rabarbern märks inte mycket av. Gott

33cl can, BB 10/08/2021.

330 ml. can. Amazing colour pure raspberry puree, non-lasting darker pink head. Nose is all raspberry puree, raspberry pits, sweeter rhubarb & dash of lemon sour. Bit too sharp tasting with bit to much leaves but nice heavy raspberry more fermented with fermented rhubarb & spoiled lemon, bit odd in taste but overall quite fun.
