Clear gold with a small white head. Fermented apples, malic acid, sugar, distant funky notes. Light to medium sweet, light sour.

Bottle from Chester Beer and Wine. Clear pale colour with an aroma of apple skins, a touch earthy. Taste is sweet apple, apple skins, wood, slight bitter finish. Nice fine carbonation. A touch syrupy I guess but I quite enjoyed this one.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. My first Asturias rate, and also my first Spanish cider. A fizzy yellow cider. Sweet and tart apple juice - maybe a little syrupy, but I like the tartness. Slightly grubby finish, but overall better than I expected.

Color claro, burbuja fina. Suave aroma a manzana con ciertas notas afrutadas que recuerdan a un vino de aguja. Sabor dulce con ligeras notas cítricas.

Mayador Sidra 4.1% from Yoshida in Toyama, 270yen+tx. Pouring a soft fizzy gold it has a tart cork + Apple nose. The taste is interesting - Apple, tart, acidic, a bit herbal. Light yet interesting but the carbonation is a bit much for my tastes.

Bottle, clear pale yellow colour, strong fizzy carbonation, strong fresh apple aroma with yeasty hints, flavour of apple with some sulphurous notes and leathery hints, medium sweetness and highly refreshing. Good.

Bottle shared at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Pale yellow. Sweet apples aroma with a bit of sulphur and lemony notes. Sweetish apples flavor with sugary notes, faint tartness and a bit of sulphur. Fizzy carbonation. Pretty refreshing.

Bottle from El Arbol. Clear pale yellow colour, fast disappearing bubbles, bit of wood. Nose is light acidic, apples. Flavour is apples, slightly sour, fairly carbonated and fairly sweet. Short sweet finish.

Champagne bottle, green label. Slightly farty straw aroma. Pale yellow, fine carbonation. Light sweetness, restrained barnyard flavors, sparkly apple juice finish.

Bottled@Inez, Tampere. Yellow colour with small white head that disappears rather fast. Aroma is sweet and sour apples with some mild acidic and white wine like notes. Flavour is quite similar with mild tart wooden notes as well. Pleasant, but a bit thin palate.
