Clear golden juice. Dry and wry, old apples, dry wood. Earthy, cork. Light sweet, a bit more sour and fairly dry & bitter too. Not my favorite palate but I’ll take it. 😎

500ml bottle BBE in 16 months. Pale gold, a little head which dissipates quickly. Sweet apple aroma, medium carbonation and body. A notable syrup texture on the palate. Taste of sweet apples and a distinctive dry finish. Nice but not as much depth as I was hoping.

500ml bottle from Waitrose Newport, Shropshire. Pours clear gold, aroma lightly sweet, oily palate, crisp light apple, distant syrupy aspalls notes, gently sweet. Not too bad just a bit dry and empty in feel.

500ml bottle, 6.8%. Clear golden. Fresh apples, mildly sweet, didn't seem that earthy to me despite the description, on the dry side. Light bodied, steady carbonation. Ok but not really much to it.

Bottle at home. Clear light blond colour, not much head. Aroma is bit weird, bread, touch of apples, quite boozy. Taste is similar, apple and booze, bit of minerals, bit of plastic. Spritzy. Should probably have some nicer cider. --- Beer merged from original tick of Aspall Suffolk Organic Cyder (Bottle) on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.
