Almost opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Fairly light palate, decent fine carbonation. Like the Cognac version, the malts are on the thinnish side but pack a punch. Caramel, cream and a developing bitterish toffee. Nice bourbon soaked fruits, rich and we'll complimented by the honey. Light touches of coconut and vanilla. Spice and slightly bitter fruity bourbon on the finish. Very drinkable.

Very sweet and bourbony, some alcohol burn. Caramel, vanilla and good times. Edit: after warming up a bit more, getting more smooth and silky, vanilla coming out more. Upgrade.

Bottle as a Christmas present, thanks to my brother. Dark brown, thin head, smells like a boozy Danish Vanilla-Christmas cookie. Sweetness is almost overwhelming (the bourbon on top of an already sweet beer). Amazing as a dessert beer. Slightly on the sweet side of the force, a bit more bittering hops might balance it but this is nitpicking ;-). It says brewed in Svinninge (13.9%), 2019 version.

Bottle. Dark brown, darker than cognac version I think. Bourbon, vanilla nutmeg nose. Medium full thick but we'll balanced, bourbon drowns the other notes out a bit. Quite nice though.

Bottle. Dark amber-brown color with beige head. Aroma is vanilla, nutmeg, cardamom, not as much ginger as the cognac version, caramel, raisins. Taste is raisins, vanilla, caramel, christmas spices again. Thick oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Really great stuff!

Bottle. Pours opaque black with medium light brown head. Aroma is intense malt, prunes, coffee, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon cookies. Taste is very intense, very sweet, medium to very bitter, medium salty and light acidic. Body is creamy with fizzy carbonation. Finish is very long, rich and intense with malt, prunes, gravy, chocolate, honey, mint, spice, cinnamon cookie, salty liquorice, sweet liquorice, vanilla and crème brûlée.
