Bottle that has fermented pretty decently by now. It took a while to open without foaming over. Sharp and yeasty-appley nose. Great fresh flavor, natural apple cider flavor with a hint of alcohol and a lot of carbonation. Nice bit of sweetness.

Hazy white yellow. Aroma is cream raisin and mostly apple juice. Taste is sour fresh apple juice with slight raisin. A bit more raisin in the finish. Very fine.

Plastic bottle courtesy of Stefan, cheers Stefan! Shared with the RB München Tasting Group at Jonas's, Garching Tuesday 22nd October 2019. A very nice cider, sweetness more so than the previous one, a little tangy and juicy, certainly more going on than the other cider which is more refreshing.

Fresh from tap into a plastic bottle. Ridiculous heavy fizz, this stuff ferments for a good word. Milky yellow, sparkly, short-lived head. Funky nose, some yeast compounds, still some sweetness, but obviously on the way to complete driness. Light chewy, chalk is balanced out, nice apple aromatics retronasal.

Tap at Luschnouar Kilbi, directly from the fermenter. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is sweet apples, pears, active fermentation, Sturm-like. Taste is the same, super juicy and wild. Natural carbonation. Very tasty!
