Draught @ City Pub. Pours hazy golden with a frothy white head that leaves lots of sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny fruity and slightly malty with whole grain crackers, biscuits, bread, grapefruit, moist grass, dried flowers, minerals and lemon peal. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, fruity and floral. Mouthfeel is crisp, round, astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, biscuits, grapefruit, moist grass, dried flowers and lemon peal. Quite alright but would have preferred something even crisper and cleaner with a prominent citra presence.

Same beer as Citra Pilsner? Hazy gold with a good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth with good fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, light and a little dry. Mild citric hops. Light semi dry finish. Mellow bitter linger. It’s okay, comes over as a mellow APA. Which is exactly what I thought Citra Pilsner did.

Bottle shared at Leightons pad. As ’Faceless Spreadshett Nija’. Picked up from Cotteridge Wines. Light hazed yellow, / straw coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is crisp clean pils grains, light berry, hedgerow hop, lemon. Flavour is composed of crisp straw grains, light lemon, crisp. Palate is light bodied, semi crisp, pretty refreshing with medium carbonation. Tasty.

Keg at George & Dragon, Acton. It pours lightly hazy golden with a small white head. The nose is fresh, clean, cereal, grain, light piss and freshly cut grass. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter, straw, grassy, tropical fruit action, five alive fruit juice and cereal with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, clean and drinkable. Citra is not as big as I had expected. Good pils though....

Bottle from The Bottle Shop and drunk at home. Clear gold slight haze lasting white head. An ok lager. Quite hoppy on the finish. Reasonably clean. More like a hoppy golden ale. Quite tasty. Fine.

Bottle shared at the ’Beers of London’ Tasting MkII, Bespin Cloud City - Hyde Park zone, cheers to the original Fergus 11/02/15. Very lightly hazed orange golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pale malt, citric peel, vanilla, apricot. Taste comprises orange pith, straw, spice, apricot, citric pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough hopped up pils.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Fergus. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Pleasant aroma of dried citrus fruits and pale, biscuity malts. Nicely balanced flavor, mellow pithy bitterness, pale bready sweetness, slight hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with some rindy citrus bitterness, mild pith, pale bread. Good stuff.
