Die obergärige Hefe und die etwas höheren Temperaturen bei der Gärung geben den honigfarbenen Bier seinen typisch fruchtigen Geruch nach reifen Bananen und Melone, gepaart mit einer leichten Nelkennote. Die typisch milde Säure gibt dem Weißbier seinen erfrischenden Charakter.

Bottle, 500 ml at Ambasada. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Touch of stinky manure, sweetish, some banana, disgusting pretty much. Hard to drink and eading towards a puke fest. Something went wrong here.

Bottled 500ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, wheaty and mild banana in the nose. Lively carbonation. Sweet malty, wheaty, light banana and yeasty with sweetish finish. Easy-drinkable.

Hazy dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma of clove, some phenols, yeast. Taste of spicy wheat malt, yeast, clove. Easy to drink.

Hazy golden. Aroma is yeast with some fruity notes, more apple not so much banana. Taste is rich malty with fruity yeast and balance of sweetness with bitter boozy yeasty stuff. Mouthfeel is pretty non mealy. Nice one.

500 ml bottle. Unclear golden with a relatively small creamy head. Yeasty, clovy, green apples, green banana, raw asparagus, lemon peel. Dry sourness, yeasty sweetness. Medium to light bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry mild sour fruity yeasty finish. Something different!

On tap at Holzhauser Brauerei Gasthaus - Biergarten, Holzhauser/Igling near Landsberg am Lech, staying in Frank, Friday 26th August 2022. Pours hazy yellow gold with a white head. Tangy wheatiness and whilst the usual characteristics show there is a light citrussy edge here. Good.

Tap. Cloudy golden. Clear cold banana, mixed with ripe brown banana. Nice edge, chewy. Fizzles early. - except for a slight but long lasting sticky aftertaste.
