@home poured into a shaker. Hazy medium amber colour, good frothy off-white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma pale malts, ginger, cranberries, red currant, medicinal. Fruity taste, medium sweet and sour, ish, light bitter notes, lime, cranberries, red currant, ginger. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, bit astringent aftertaste, fresh sweet and sourish with bitter notes, spicy notes, becomes a bit watery at the end, nice.

33cl Fles van AH. Troebel lichtroze kleur, wit-roze kraag.

0.33 l bottle from 'Drinks & Gifts', best before March 2022. Hazy, pinkish orange with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity, quite herbal aroma of ginger, cranberry and bergamot. Slightly sweet, a little sourish, quite fruity and rather herbal taste of cranberry, quite some ginger, bergamot and light redcurrant, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly tart, rather herbal and a bit peppery finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Tasty, highly refreshing beer but quite special, you have to like ginger. Other than that well-crafted, nicely balanced by a light acidity, a gentle fruitiness and quite some herbal notes from the ginger. Good!
