Bière bue à côté de Kotor au Monténégro, trouvée chez Idea. Robe ambrée opalescente, mousse blanche légèrement écrue, assez dense et de taille correcte, qui tient plutôt bien. Nez très citronné, sur le zeste de citron et le pamplemousse, avec quelques notes résineuses de pin, mais aussi du caramel et des notes céréalières évoquant la croûte de pain. Attaque dans la continuité du nez, avec une acidité citronnée assez franche et intense, accompagnée de quelques notes de fruits tropicaux. Amertume présente, ensemble bien équilibré et plutôt agréable. C'est ma troisième bière de cette brasserie et je n'avais vraiment pas aimé les deux précédentes, mais celle-ci est une belle réussite ! Bonne surprise, et même plutôt bonne IPA ! Édit du lendemain : j'ai rebu la même bière directement à la brasserie Akademija le lendemain et bizarrement elle n'a pas du tout le même goût. Elle a une sorte d'acidité désagréable que je n'avais pas ressenti dans la version en canette. Je baisse un peu la note en conséquence.

0.33 L bottle, gift from Kapusil - many thanks, my friend! Opalescent amber colour, moderate sized dense ecru-ish white head; aroma of lemony-lemon zesty, grapefruity, some piney, caramel and grainy-bread crusty notes; taste is similar to the aroma with quite intensive lemony sourness and some tropical fruity notes; good one!

0.33l bottle from a Voli hypermarket in Kotor. Hazy amber body with a white head. Aroma and taste of caramel malts, grapefruit, grapes, pine and a bit of lime. Medium bodied beer, with higher than average carbonarion. Easy drinking, smooth pale ale. Nice one.

Can from a Kotor supermarket. Aroma Supermarket if memory serves. A fair haze on this orange beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Nose is ripw mandarin and tangerine. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft and slightly thin pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Hops largely follow the nose, soft pine with ripe, slightly tangy, mandarin and tangerine. Light finish. Well it's not the best pale ale on Earth but, I don't get some of these dismal scores. It's a bit ripe overall but fundamentally a sound and drinkable brew.
