Bottle 0.33l, damn, two hours after expiration... Cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- plum, cherry, caramel, berries, strawberry. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, lightly bitter, lots of plums, medlar, strawberries, other berries. Fuller bodied. Really good.

Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, caramel, light smoku traces, light sweetish notes, medium bitter. Medium body, malty caramel bitter finish. Ok.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 30-03-2020 - bbe 30-03-2023 ) im 2021-09 getrunken. Hier hat DeMolen ein tolles, malziges Bier ins Glas gebracht. Die Balance zwischen Malz, Karamell, leichter Schokolade, feiner Süße und leichter Bitterkeit ist einfach toll. Aber macht dieses Bier recht unkompliziert. Lecker!

Bottle. Pours copper, small head. Aroma is caramel, apple, toffee. Medium body. Flavour is rich and smooth, caramel, apple, molasses, earthy. Nice doppelbock.

Bottle, 330 ml shared with Miro, Max and Miro B. Brown with beige head. Caramel, malty, toffee, some vague smoke, dried fruit, tad nutty. Sweet. Medium bodied.

Bottled 30-03-20. Nice dark amber colour, clear, dense head. Smell is malty, sweet, bit of roast. Body is pretty good. Taste is quite bitter and spicy, clearly rye in there, and pretty smokey, in an ashy way. Pretty decent stuff, but a tad boring.

Bottle. Dark amber pour. Aroma of caramelised malt, soft smoke, raisin, figs, maple and some yeast. Taste has rich raisin, caramelised malt, figs, dates, vanilla, yeast, some maple and smoke. Nice full rich bock.

Draught at the source. Autumnal reddish color, off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, light caramel notes, lightly some smokey notes, nutty lightly. Very well done, really pleasant and suits the style very well imo.
