Tap at Tilt, Birmingham. Light hazed gold with fluffy white top. Nice soft pale malts with papaya, orange, pepper, light earthy funk and lemon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Good.

Keg at Mother Arch III, 27/09/24. Nice Ketchup! Almost clear golden orange with a lasting just off white head. Nose is lemon rind, herb, green berry notes, pissy, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises pineapple, grass, mandarin, melon, passionfruit, lychee, mixed tropicana, light pine coating. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come leafy hop bitterness. Decent.

Tap at kernel tap room bermondsey. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a a lasting loose white head. Aroma is soft bready grains, wheat, melon balls, white grape, light fennel, herb. Delicate floral notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready grains, straw, melon, white grape, honeysuckle, faint floral citrus twist. Palate is semi sweet, soft, rounded, moderate carbonation. Very drinkable.

Keg at the tap. Aroma has herbs, citrus, onion. Hazy-opaque gold. Thin foamy white head. Medium bitter. Herbal. Resinous. Followed by sweet edged citrus. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Sediments. Average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish.

Sirlige notater fra en hyggelig kveld hos Johan, alle øl delt med ham, Egil, Jone og Anna. 0,33 flaske fra Ovesens innholdsrike importkoffert: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Godt modne appelsiner, engelsk appelsinmarmelade og litt krydder (hvit pepper). God maltsmak og fin bitterhet i avslutningen.

Shared bottle at beer tasting at Johan’s place with Johan, Holmen1, Jone and Anna 26.08.24. Hazy pale straw colour. White head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of white pepper, herbs, succade, pine shoots and lychee.

Gul, uklar, kvitt skum. Aroma av gummi, grønsaker, tropisk frukt. Smak av tropisk frukt, gras, urter, granskudd.

Arôme est bien parfumé par ce mono houblon - ici sur de fins effluves rappelant le melon voire une petite note de camomille. Repris en retrait par des notes de malts en appui.
Palais est sur un effet 'dank' - melon et groseille rouge avec une petite note de résineux mais encore de pêche et d'abricot. Note épicée rappelant la noix de muscade.Belle pétillance avec un fini assez sec et poussiéreux tout en gardant cette approche 'old school IPA'.

Bottle, direct from the brewery clocking in at 6.9%. It pours lightly hazy yellow - blonde with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh and fruity, plenty of summer berries, rose wine, ripe melon, apricot, orangey citrus, Fanta and bread. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, bitter, snappy, fragrant, floral, spicy, nip of alcohol, pithy, zesty, bitter citrus peel, some greenness, grassy, herbal vibes and a more subdued melon fruitiness than on the snout. Finish is drying and bitter linger. Medium body and soft, fluffy carbonation. A solfi IPA all in all. Not Kernel's best offering, but enjoyable nonetheless.

33cl bottle. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of strong pale malt, some grains, spicy bitter hops. Taste of spicy and fruity hops, strong pale malt.
