Bottle. Cloudy try-yellow, low white head. Light dusty herbal base notes, citrus, elderflowers, a bit grainy/mealy malt, sweet sugary notes, metallic grassy notes. Medium light, mellow, dry. I enjoy the rough fruity/flowery notes on grain, but it is a bit muddled.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle: Cloudy to milky, yellowish coloured, small foamy layer; yeasty and sourish-fruity nose, grains detectable, distinctive hoppy background; robust bitter-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering hoppy and sourish-fruity finish. Good and refreshing…

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow, with a short lived creamy head. Aroma is sourish with peppery hops, ginger and light malts with cereals, as well as some lactic and herbal grassy notes. Medium body with soft carbonation. Flavour is light grainy malts with cereals and honey, zesty herbal hops with notes of grass, citrusy lemon peel, and some lactic sourness throughout a lingering citrusy finish.

0,33 l bottle. Muddy honey colour, small off white head. Hopy with some sourness hints on the nose. Taste starts hopy, flower meadow, pale malt, orange. Bitter hints in the late aftertaste. Interesting but expected more.

Bottle 330ml (BZ, BB 03/2015)
Hazy yellow color, small steady white head. Aroma is grainy, peppery with odd overriped berries or fruits. Medium-bodied. Flavor is malty with citrus, grains, straw, wheat. Some white peppery notes. Flavor is better than the aroma. Interesting brew. Wouldn’t say that it is typical bottled altbier. In RB style classes perharps Wheat Ale is closer.
