440 ml can, as Cloudwater Crop Year 2019 Yakima Chief Hops Sample Hand Selected DDH IPA - a taste of crop year 2019, featuring Simcoe, Citra, Loral and Sabro from Yakima Chief Hops. Purchased from Seven Cellars. ABV is 6%. Cloudy yellow colour, moderate to small white head. Lovely aroma of various citrus fruits, also tropical fruits and spruce. Citric mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Smooth and pleasant flavour of fruity hops, the same elements as the aroma. Not too sweet, and not very bitter. Very enjoyable.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a murky yellow brown with a fluffy white head. Aroma is juicy hops, citrus, tropical, coconut, very lively. Taste is juicy, citrus, tropical, bitter, oranges, tingly.

18/12/2020. Can from Hopsters, Ipswich. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a small bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, citrus, orange, lemongrass, touch of pine. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness/tartness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, soft carbonation. Liked this.

Can at home, 28th November 2020. Pours a hazy orange. Aroma is tangerine, satsuma, dry, pith, peach, really aromatic. Taste is peach, tangerine, satsuma, dry, aromatic, delicious flavours, bitter, smooth aromatic finish. Great IPA

Can at home from CW online. Pours murky yellow gold with a decent white head. Aroma is super juicy melon, mango and citrus fruits, juicy floral hop aroma. Taste is floral hop, mango, melon, orange. Really pithy and juicy. Nice bitter finish with cereal notes. Really like this.

Can at home picked up from cloudwater online. A hazy dark golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is nicewaxy citrus, rubber, sabro, pollen, white grape, and a nice twist of lime citrus. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded wheat, floury hop, bitter citrus, tangerine, papaya, white grape. Just a hint of sabro. Lingering dank hop. Palate is semi sweet, soft, rounded wheaty grains, moderate carbonation. Nice hop combo!

Can. Cloudwater online. Fairly vibrant, pale gold with the customary haze. Decent CW swede. Nose has a pile of juicy fruit. A little weedy. Yeah, dank and juicy. Taste is well balanced sweet and fruity bitterness. Smooth and mouthwatering on the palate. Soft carbonation. Super juicy finish. Bought 2 of these by mistake, but I’m really glad I did. Lovely stuff.

ABV: 6.0%. Murky matt medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, juicy, fruity hops, pineapple, sweet fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201027]

Can @ Cloudwater, Manchester. Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Super bright hoppy nose with plenty of tropical notes. Fresh hops. Super smooth and jammy with the tropical magic lingering. Extremely tasty.
