Official French Translation: The Bee's Knees! Or something like that? I didn't google it. We knocked up this Anglo French DDH Pale with the lovely folks from Big Mountain in fancy pants Chamonix! It's crammed with Cryo Citra, Nelson Sauvin & Vic Secret. See you on the piste.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Milky gold. Fine white head. Nose has peach and pineapple smoothie. Touch of pine. Candied peel. Taste has some milky sweetness, although mostly it’s fairly tangy bitter. Light bodied and easy drinking. Fine carbonation. Touch of dryness. Light bitter finish. Decent.

Can: Poured a juicy yellow orange with a fluffy white head. Aroma was citrus fruit. Taste is citrus, tangerine, sticky to the palate.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Trembling Madness online. Pours murky orange-gold with a frothy, white head that leaves a bit of lacing. Quite drinkable juice, lightly sweet, a little subdued, with a little crispness, some tangerine, orange rind, nips of minerality, light bitter rind, pine needles. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Reasonably clean finish, some relaxed citrus notes, light rindy bitterness, background pale bread. Not very showy, good drinkability.
