8th April 2018
Light haze on this slighty yellowish gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and smooth, reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy sweetish malts, trace of dry creamy sweetness. Light orange and lemon citrus. Very mild pine and a whisper of hop spice. Smooth semi dry finish leaves a mildly spicy linger. Smooth and drinkable and with a bright citrus, just lacks a wow factor .

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. Nice juicy snout - grapefruit, papaya, tangerine. Light to medium sweet flavour, with nips of booze, guava, lemon rind, mild pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Good balance in the finish, more tangerine, a little alcohol warmth, rindy bitterness, pine, supportive pale bread. Assertive body. Great stuff overall.

Bottle at home picked up from the brewery. An attractive translucent golden coloured pour with a lasting uniform white frothy head. Aroma is nice tropical, white grape, soft bready grains, tangerine, mango. Flavour is composed of crisp light grains, wheat, juicy, white grape, tangerine, light. Mineral. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation, semi drying finish. Nice.
