440ml can of 'Rocket Blonde', bought in a gift pack from the National Railway Museum in York. Drank just before England beat Norway in the World Cup quarter final on 11th July 2026. Golden blonde body, bright, clean and clear, weak white head that soon disappeared. Not a lot going on to be honest, slight fruity nose and taste, some floral notes maybe, light malty undertones. Easy drinking, but lacked oomph or depth of flavour.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 19 Nov 2023) Golden colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with peaches, grass and tropical fruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of peaches, grass, citrus, tropical fruit, white bread, soft malt and a mild grassy/tropical bitterness. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

24-27/10/2023. From the wood at the 45th Norwich Beer Festival. Pours very slightly hazy pale golden amber with a minimally bubbly off-white head. Aroma is citrus, touch earthy, woody, floral. Increasing fruity sweetness, moderate woody bitterness. Moderate body, oily, soft to flat carbonation. Dry woodiness to finish. Not much on looks but quite liked it.

Since I was brought up on Harlow Hill and blonde (was, grey now) this should be my perfect beer - and it's not too bad actually. Pours clear and golden with a frothy/creamy white head and biscuits and a hint of citrus on the nose. Smooth and creamy with light malt, sweet floral hops and a hint of citrus bitterness

Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Dorata, un filo torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di biscotto, erbaceo, terroso, una punta di diacetile. In bocca รจ dolce all'attacco con chiusura amara leggera, burrosa. Corpo esile, carbonazione soft. Non un granchรฉ.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of buttery oat biscuit and caramel. Taste has the faintest lemon, more biscuit. Decent body.
