Bottle from Cotteridge WInes, Birmingham. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy broken white head and some broken lace. The aroma is big hop citrus orange peel. The flavour is medium bitter with a dry pepper hop liqourice palate. Medium bodied with a average carbonation. Lots going on here. Really liked it.

9th May 2013
Lightly hazy amber - gold beer. Little pale cream coloured head. Smooth and slightly soft palate, semi dry. Tangy resinous hops, tangy orange and semi sweet orange peel. Light crystallised fruits. Finishes smooth with some hop bitterness and a light touch of smoke. Good if a bit tangy.

I picked this up at Jacks, Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon 3rd August 2013 consumed in a field or at Frank (camper) at Cropredy Fairport festival Thursday 8th August 2013 Pours orange/gold with a bubbly white head. Wonderful bittersweet. fruity, hoppy, crisp citrus beer, bloody tasty, cracking beer, in fact this is an early contender for beer of the festival. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

500ml bottle. Cloudy orangey dark golden to amber colour with huge, frothy to macropore, fairly lasting, white head. Hoppy aroma has fruity notes of grapefruit, mango, orange with a tannic acid touch. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, bready, doughy, with fruity hoppy hints of orange, grapefruit, minimally grassy, a touch of tannic acid; lively carbonation. Very interesting association of hoppy and malty parts; soft, thick, doughy palate. ’Exceptionalish".

2013 Bottle, from Drink Of Fulham, split at the pre stag tasting in the ’Sham, 20/06/13. Hazed orange amber with a good sized off white head that retains well. Nose is bitter hops, orange, grass, light soap. Taste comprises orange pith, sugars, touch of grapefruit, earthy hops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dryish finish. Ok APA, decent enough, but for £3.95 a bottle they’ll need to up their game to compete with the likes of Kernel and Partizan!

Bottle at home in London. Pours mostly clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a moderate, creamy white head. Lightly tangy citrus in the nose, some minerals, tangerine, a bit of citrus rind. Light to medium sweet flavor, some smokey minerals, mild pale malt breadiness, stone fruits, peach, orange, tangerine. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and fairly pithy to finish, some lightly resinous orange rind and faint pine, hints of alcohol. It’s quite pithy and minerally. Some jammy citrus, light tang. Decent.
