Arends Nest. Keg. Opaque black beer, good pale tan head. Palate is light and crisp. Mild dark malts. Minerals. Touch of coffee. Mild lactose. Crisp finish. Pretty easy going and drinkable.

Decent schwarzbier. It has the typical roast and caramel notes. A bit too sweet for my taste though.

Tap @ UBF ’13, shared with caesar. Dark brown color. Tan head. Aroma’s: roasted, sweet malts. Retronasal there sour fruit, caramel and roast. Flavor is roasted, light sweet, some fruity sourness. Light bodied, but not too thin. Finishes roasted. Really liked this.

Tap @ UBF13. Dark color, short head. Aroma of firm roasted malts, some grassy and earthy hop, hint of biscuit and cookie. Dry taste, slight bitter. This is actually one of the best beers of De Leckere I tasted!
