330ml bottle direct from Partizan. Very tasty grainy malty dubbel here with a cereal flavour that’s extremely moreish. Body’s not too heavy, adding to it’s drinkability - on the whole a very good take on the style.

Bottle from Euston Tap drunk at home. Dark dark brown beer with a lasting cream beige head. A malty beer with some Belgian yeast. I find it really drinkable. I mean it’s not a Westmalle Dubbel, but I like it. Some toast on the aroma. It’s a tasty dark malty beer. Not many beers made like this is the UK. Well made, good flavours, and as I say for me, it’s very drinkable.

Bottle at Partizan. It pours deep ruby-brown with a small beige head. The nose is earthy, roast, toast, spice, faint smoke, caramel, fudge and berry. The taste is berry, dark fruit, toast, roast, spice, candy, decent bitterness and light alcohol with a dry, roasty finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rather nice balance. A very drinkable dubbel.
