Ghost Ship is a ghostly pale ale which takes its inspiration from Adnams 600-year-old haunted pub, The Bell. Brewed with a selection of malts - Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara. We use Citra, and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours.

440ml can from Bliznetsy in Moscow. Pours slightly hazy gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is citrus, pale malt, faint cheesiness. Taste light sweet, citrusy hops, caramel, hay, lmedium bitter.

Thin beige head left a collar on an opaque, copper coloured body. Well balanced aroma of malt & grapefruit - smells tremendous! Medium bodied, well carbonated with a crisp feel & clean finish. The taste is much as the aroma with strong malt mixing with strong grapefruit & pithy bitter citrus leaving a malty finish. Damn good Pint!

Bottle. Clear deep golden body with a medium sized white head. Mild aroma of pale malt and fresh citric fruit. Flavor is very smooth pale malt, hint of biscuit, nice citric fruit, peaches and moderate bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. A very fine and tasty, uncomplicated thirst quencher,

Clear light amber colour. Moderate creamy head. Well-lacing. Aroma: lots of biscuit malts, honey, background hops. Medium body. Soft carbo. Medium dry taste. Moderately malty (biscuit) and fairly hoppy. Medium floral / grassy bitterness. Long hoppy finish. Good is good.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Pours bright golden with a small white head. Aroma of hop, light citrus, caramel, malt and grass. Medium plus sweetness, and moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

A tasty golden ale that was drunk cold from the bottle, on a sunny Friday evening on the school playing field while waiting for my oldest to be delivered back from a week-long adventure trip. Bliss. You donโt need all the fancy stuff, just a good solid beer like this in the sunshine chatting with friends. Gentle malt, bitter hops and beautifully thirst quenching.

Can at Tattersallโs, Newmarket. 01/04/17. Hay and floral aroma. A hoppyness to it. Amber. Frothy white head. Medium bitter. Hippy. Underlying caramel sweetness. Light bodied. Sharp carbonation. Long but low key finish. Pretty enjoyable.
