Bottle shared with Lyoli on the night I got a job offer. Pours mostly clear, ruby-brown with a foamy, whitish head. Doughy, caramely aroma with heavy pasteurization, which I don’t mind too much. Flavor is decent, has some pleasant malts, caramel and maple syrup. Light to medium in body with crispy carbonation. Some mild bitterness come along in the finish with further, light sugar, caramel and some faint earth. Pretty nice overall but certainly not terribly exciting.
