Bottle courtesy of Jonas, thanks Jonas for this. Had this at home Sunday 18th May 2025 listening to Snapped Ankles - Hard Times Furious Dancing and Loz is cooking bread and soon we'll be cooking Calzone Pizza. Pours mid brown with a little bit of haze and an off white head. Some dark sugars in the mouth, caramel also but a good dose of bitterness, soft mouthfeel, really nice carbonation. A little bit more restrained than the Heller Bock from Ziegler Bräu that I'd had before. There is a really nice interplay between the sweetness and bitterness. Very nice.

Ziegler-Bräu Herminator, Flasche von Getränke Ecker, Mainburg. - Dunkles Kastanienrotbraun, klar. (21.4.2022.)

Looks like Coke. Aroma is brown sugar, dried figs and plums, a bit of perfume, malt, some deep stuff. Taste is harsh malty bittersweetness, with long bitter finish. A bit perfumy as well, squirky. Medium drinkable, because pretty heavy. Intense malty body.

Bottled@PBF IX. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is floral, some mild wood and mild alcoholic sweetness. Not the most balanced notes, and the same pretty much for the flavour. A bit thin and too sweet.

[Thanks to kevnic2008]. Bottle. Coppery colour with a beige head that quickly diminishes. Aroma has notes of caramel, toasted malts and brown sugar. Flavor is mild sweet with caramel and brown sugar notes, some dry fruits are also present with a good maltiness. The final is light sweet with medium duration and with a good integrated alcohol.
