Fruchtig und recht säuerlich in der Nase - geht Richtung Apfelessig. Geschmacklich ist zumindest vom Säuerlichen kaum mehr was vorhanden. Vergoren fruchtige Noten bestimmen - bewegt sich knapp an der Grenze wo es dann langsam beginnt medizinisch zu schmecken. Hat ne ordentliche Restsüsse, ergänzt diese aber auch mit herben Noten.

Rather sweet, a bit sourish and fruity taste of apple juice, some nuts and a bit of oak, followed by a short, slightly tart, a bit dry finish. Bottle. Aroma simple, but charming lightly spicy apples. Clear golden. Taste is somewhat vinegary up front, but mellows into nice bubbly dry finish.
