Taste: Combination of moderate sweet and moderate to medium sour notes, light bitterness, earthy, hints of red and yellow fruit. Notes of beet, dough, hay. Slightly tart. Unusual taste, typical Nevel beer. Nice one.

Thank you for sharing tderoeck & Rubin77. 750 ml. bottle sampled twice @ LIBF 2017. Orange, lively, small head. Massively earth-like red beat, so much earth, mineral, massively mineral, rye bread. Lively carbonation. Massively mineral, hugely dry earth heavy beats, faint berries, dark bread. Very unique & tasty, dry, low bodied, funk.

Bottle shared at THT April. Hazy orange golden with off white head. Lots of dry funk, very herbal, dry yeasty notes, wheat dough, soft flowers, light medicinal, hay, more flowers. Light sour and medium bitter. Light bodied with dry finish. This is so dry it’s jus dusty. Crazy. It’s not bad, but it’s so light and dry it’s alsmost powdery, yet it’s a liquid. Funny. Definately some bonus points for being unique.
