Two of our favourite modern hop varietals come together in this incredibly bold yet eminently drinkable Triple IPA. Motueka’s bright, zesty lime notes beautifully compliment the smooth, dank tropical character of Idaho 7. It’s saturated with rich and moreish fruit flavours.

Can at home, from CW online, 07/12/20. Murky fruit smoothie orange with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, cantaloupe melon, floral notes, papaya, mango flesh, light dextrose. Taste comprises ripe citric flesh, mango purée, pine resin, papaya, light hop spice, residual sugars, perfume, sweet malts, pineapple. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy resinous hop bitterness. Decent boosty affair but overall a touch sweet for my liking ... would have preferred a higher level of bitterness to balance.

440ml can. Opaque pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of mango, grapefruit, lime. Taste of punchy tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, grapefruit and lime zest, dank, intensely hoppy but no hop burn, doesn't feel too boozy either, impressive stuff. Full bodied.

Can sourced from Kihoskh and shared at home (15/11/2020) - totally hazed opaque yellow to orange coloured pour with a white head. Bold punchy juicy fruity with tropical hits of papaya, mango, red grapefruit, zesty citrus lime and lemon from the motueka, juicy fruity dense mouthfeel, accent of spring onion, resonating dank hoppy finish. Drinks so easy below the abv. Gorgeous.

Can. CW online shop. Looks nowt like the pic! This is grey and muddy soup with a slim, dirty white head. Nose has fruit trifle. Jelly. Ice cream. It’s a kid’s party via the medium of craft beer tramp juice. That’ll do.

Can big thanks to my bro. It pours crazy murky milky dirty blonde with a decent white head. The aroma is rich and juicy, tangy lime, kiwi fruit, pineapple, greengage, weedy, dank, floury bread, ripe fruits and gummy bears. The taste is big and filthy, dry, slightly bitter, weedy, dank, green, bong rips, floury bread, peppery spice, minerality, pleasant fruity action, gummy bears, pineapple, pomelo, grapefruit, papaya and a slap of booze with a drying green and spicy finish. Medium body and moderate, frothy carbonation. Fruity and green. Outshone the Trillium we had just before. Big and filthy. Fun stuff.
