Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Borg 9 + 1 anniversary theme beer ].Clear dark black brown colour with a small, virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, cake, chocolate, spicy, cookie - wienerbrød. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy, cake, dark malt, sweet malt, chocolate, cookie - wienerbrød. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Borefts X. I'm ten for ten! Day 1. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Rich sweet dark malts, intense dark chocolate and chocolate cake with a dusting of icing sugar! Good dark fruits. Floral dark chocolate on the smooth finish. Nice, very good dark chocolate.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival, Day 1. Opaque black color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor both have malts, dark malts, liquorice, vanilla, sweet cake notes but also something hot / peppery. Mint? Hmm decent but the hot peppery finish is not my thing.

On tap at Borefts '18. Black colour, beige-brown head. Aroma of cinnamon, maple, apple pie, hint of tonka beans, roasted malts. Flavour is sweet, caramel. roasted malts, cinnamon, apple pie, maple, coffee, bittersweet finish. Full bodied. Very tasty.

Super tasty.
